LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (March 7, 2018) – Just one year after Trinity and TotalMed joined forces, look where we are now! Our growing team has been thrilled to see great news about our customer experience and culture in the news!  With 225 employees and offices in North Little Rock, AR, Florence, SC, and numerous remote staff, we’ve been recognized as both Arkansas Best Places to Work and South Carolina Best Places to Work.

This February, we were honored to be named as one of Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Best Staffing Firms to Work For. Winners of this prestigious award are categorized into groups based on the number of internal employees, and this year 208 staffing firms applied for the program. The Best Places to Work contest uses a survey to measure areas that make up each firm’s culture, such as compensation, benefits, trust in leadership, and employee engagement. TotalMed was selected as the “Grand Prize winner” for the category representing 201 to 500 internal employees.

We were also honored to be named one of Travel Nursing Central’s Top Travel Nurse Companies for 2018, earning a Gold Status Rating. This survey included over 5,500 online ratings by nurse travelers and compared 215 agencies regarding 20 categories. We received 495 reviews and had an overall score of 93.7 out of 100, which was up by over 3 points from the previous year. In addition, TotalMed’s Highway Hypodermics ranking went up three spots after receiving over 90 reviews in 2017.

At TotalMed, our mission is based on matching talented nurses with jobs they love and providing the best care and benefits for their travelers as possible. We have a culture based on values of transparency, customer experience, trust, and integrity, which is extended beyond the internal workplace to our travelers and partner facilities. Our diverse team works together to provide the best benefits, customer service, and travel experience for every traveler, every time. We are proud to be an agency leader in the travel nursing industry, and are pleased our company culture and values are reflected in our awards and reviews.
